Budgerigar Colours

Budrerigar is a beatiful small parrot that has different color. People like to care this bird since it can be a great good friend for peoples. The bird can play with you and they can play some bird toy. Some budgerigar can speak like human also.

This lovely bird origin is Australia. They live in a big flock. They consume seed and grain. In nature, the bird is yellow and green in colour. The head is yellow in colour and the body colour is green. The wing colour is green and black. All origin parakeet has some colour. Having cared by human, The bird have various colour like blue, yellow, albino, and other. The color mutation could happen due to the fact the meals, new surroundings, the climate and other. This mutation make this bird lovely. Right here are the color variation of the budgerigar or parakeet.

one. green and yellow color (origin color)

Most wild parakeet color is green and yellow.

2. Light blue and dark blue color

Light Blue and dark blue is a mutant colour. The head is white and black strip in colour. The wing is blue with black scalopped in color.

three. Yellow and blue

This is quite unusual mutant. The head is yellow with black strip in color. the wing isĀ  blue-yellow with black scaloped color.

4. Albino or white

The Albino is white in colour and the iris is red in colour. Some white parakeet’s wing has white black scalopped in color. Some white parakeet has mottled as well.

5. Yellow or Lutino

Yellow parakeet is yellow in colour. Some yellow also has black scalopped color wing. Some yellow has red iris like albino parakeet.

Green and yellow mutant

The color is not similiar to the origin color. There is yellow coloration in head, breast, and back. The green color is in breast.
